Hi! Yeah, that's true. Since I look Chinese, people often ask me silly questions: "how's possible that your Italian is so good? Unbelievable! Where did you learn it?" I always have to reply: "I was born and raised here". It's not like in the States that it's normal for ABC to be native English speakers.
Anyway, how's life in Japan? Do you like there? Any plans in moving back to Taiwan?

Ciao, it's Samantha here. I am IBC, which stands for Italian born Chinese. My parents come from China but I was born and raised in Italy. I don't know if I can consider my self half Italian and half Chinese cause my blood is 100% Chinese but my mentality is often more western than eastern. It's very hard when someone asks me about my identity because when two cultures have been mixed it's hard to divide them. I find this super cool and I feel like people with mixed background are very interesting human beings.

Anyway, Nice to meet you. Hope you will visit Italy. It is a beautiful country. It deserves to be visited for sure!
