Hi Maria,
Thanks for your words. It is not really a problema wether we write each other sooner or later. It's always a pleasure to read you. Write whenever you can. Reading at your child description make me think about my son when he was 8 y.o. too. I agree with you, that kind of brilliant kids may represent a little challenge for the parents. I'm sure you'll know how to deal with that. My son is 20 y.o. now and I can say we are "harvesting" all that love and patience we gave to him at his childhood. It was the best investment of our lives.
I just finished my quarterly exams of English. I hope I pass them (I was not very fine at listening, my worst skill I think)
I'm very grateful with you. Your writings are helping me a lot. I read some very interesting expressions in your last one I didn't know before about children behaviour vocabulary.
Te deseo un buen fin de semana.
Juan Francisco.

Hi Mary,
I love too Rodrigo (Concierto de Aranjuez is one of the most oustandig guitar concerto ever composed) and Tárrega (Recuerdos de la Alhambra, that you described so well, written under the forme of "trémolo", a special guitar technique that consists on repeating a single note very quickly with the right hand)
A Habanera is dance piece coming from Cuba (La Habana) end very popular in the Spanish folklore of the XIX century. It could be a song -typically sung by a choir- or a instrumental piece -mostly for piano or guitar-. I really love habaneras too. Here we have now 20C over zero. Valencia has a Mediterranean climate and winters are quite mild.
Recibe un cordial saludo.

Hi Mary,
Excuse my late reply. In Spanish we put the questions marks both at the beginning and at the end. Some examples you asked for: ¡Hola! ¿Cómo estás? However it's very common nowadays to put them only at the end, like in English, mainly in "mobile phone language", but the correct is to use them in both places. I can play only a bit flamenco guitar because my specialty is the classical guitar. At this time I'm playing, too, baroque lute which was an old wish I had.
Is it hard nowadays to find Filipinos speaking Spanish? Is Spanish completely lost there?
¡Feliz Navidad! Mary.

"¡Hola! ¿Cómó estás? Mi Español no es muy bueno. Por favor corrija donde pueda. Mi lenguas maternas son el italiano y el inglés. También sé hablar francés, japonés, y tagalo. Yo tambien fui profesora de música pero no he enseñado en mucho tiempo. Por favor, ayúdame a aprender a hablar mejor español."
"Que tenga un buen día."
All is perfectly understandable I just corrected some minor mistakes.

Hello mabellajuan,
Thanks for your offering. Of course, I'm interested. I speak Spanish and French. English is a bit more dificult for me, but I'm on the way. I'm a musician too. If I could help you in any subject, let me know. Spanish is a beautiful language as well.
Greetings.
