What was it like living in Taiwan? Was it easy to adapt? Did you know much Chinese before you went?

Where did you study ? And how intensive was it ? I'm thinking of taking the intensive courses, but some people say on forums it may be really hard to follow...
And what did you do ? You travelled around all the island ? Did you go abroad ? (I want to see Japan !! But it may be expensive...)

Wow that would be pretty awesome to get that tattoo..especially next to an Alice in Wonderland Tattoo.I was thinking about a tattoo a couple of years ago..i just never took the leap of faith to actually get it..

Argh my brain feels empty just think about you studying for a maths test,it was my most horrific of all the subjects..my wednesday was alright thankyou..quite un eventful,but maybe thursday will be different..

I'll go to Taipei next week to learn Chinese (only 6 months, because it is so expensive !) !! How was your trip ?
And of course, I fond of all Asian stuff, I love Murakami books (just finished The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle)
Plus my favorite band is Muse ;) What are your favorites of The Dresden Dolls ?

haha well to be honest I have also tried some wonderful German beers too..we used to have some Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier and also Paulaner Salvator Doppel Bock in the wine store that I used to work in and they were delicious :)
And thankyou for letting me off the hook...Sylvia is my absolute favourite,im reading the Bell Jar for about the 5th time at the moment..
