Hello , it would be interesting to have south korea stamps and banknotes. Does south korea print banknotes on plastic or paper ? Have you ever been touched a plastic banknote , I think polymer banknotes are the lowest grade of experience of touch and sense. Its crap in my humble opinion. Its going to difficult and more difficult to find any good HAND engraved and MANUALLY TRANSFERRED TO PRINTING PLATE and high embossed printed with thick and pigment rich ink stamp.
