It's part of Britain so it's not going to be very different to England
Probably more sparsely populated
It depends where you're going
I've heard that Cardiff and Swansea are really nice student cities

I have heard of Bangor University, unfortunatelu I don't know much and haven't been to it, so I can't make a great reference. I do know however, its not a main university so you are much more likely to half help available to you.

To do a long distance course you need a lot of drive and motivation since a lot of the responsibility is on you to study and self regulate.
