Hello Don, nice to meet you as it were & thanks for the comments regarding my profile page, it's always nice when others have actually taken the time to read what someone has to say. I live in a tiny sleepy village in the Fraser coast hinterland in the state of Queensland. I am within 3o minutes of several beaches as well as places of historical value too. I too love writing although the things I have written are more for my own pleasure then that of others. When I was younger I used to go round the local pubs singing with my grandparents & aunts & uncles in the family band, but then children came along & I changed lanes. My love of music never diminished I'm still an avid music lover & it's not too often when there is nothin' but total silence at home or when I'm in the car. I love a great many things but I have a love of old things like bridges, buildings, vehicles, places, objects from yesteryear & the like. I do love discussions & debates & have a keen interest in things that many think shouldn't be spoken of, like local, national & international politics, religion & a melting pot of others, & many no doubt will not agree with my views, but that's ok with me. Life in my little part of Australia is goin' ok. How about where you are? Anything interesting you want to share. I am really saddened to by news of what happened in Boston & it's a shame that once again people have lost their lives.
